Frequently asked

Run one save command per rail: /setupi for UPI, /setpaypal for PayPal, /setbinance for Binance Pay, /setremitly for a Remitly link, and /setaddy [chain] [address] for each wallet. Details are stored against your Discord ID, so /upi, /paypal, /binance, /remitly and /addy return them instantly — with QR codes where the rail supports them.

Koko never asks for private keys, seed phrases, exchange logins or 2FA codes, and it never holds custody of your funds. It only stores the public addresses and handles you choose to save.

Invoices and QR codes move money directly between the two parties in a deal. Anyone claiming to be Koko and requesting a seed phrase is an impersonator — report them in the support server immediately.

/done @user [amount] records a completed trade between both parties, adds the amount to each lifetime volume, and writes an entry to the deal ledger that /deal @user exposes.

Volume is reputation, not escrow. Log only trades that actually settled — inflated entries can be reviewed by staff, and the ledger is exactly what /profile shows to future counterparties.

Server invite adds Koko as a bot: slash commands appear in every channel it can see, and server-level features such as scammer alerts become available to your moderation team.

User app install attaches Koko's commands to your own Discord account. They work in DMs and in servers where Koko is not a member, and nothing is added to any server for anyone else.

/bal resolves Ethereum, Bitcoin, Solana, Litecoin, Tron, BNB Smart Chain and Polygon addresses, including stablecoin balances on supported chains. /checkaddy detects the network from the address format before you send anything — always confirm the network matches the rail your counterparty expects.
